Today, it has become one of Evergreen's busiest barbershops, serving loyal local clients while welcoming new residents and visitors every week. My appointment book is typically booked about three weeks in advance. A growing daily waitlist and a steady flow of new clients create an excellent opportunity to build your own clientele much faster than starting in a brand-new shop. Every week I welcome new residents and visitors looking for a barber they can trust. Prime Downtown Evergreen location, just steps from Evergreen Lake and surrounded by restaurants, local businesses, and year-round visitors. Friendly, professional, independently owned barbershop where quality, professionalism, and customer service always come first. Compensation W-2 Employment 45% commission for your first 3 months 50% commission after 3 months Guaranteed hourly minimum wage or commission — whichever is higher 15% commission on retail product sales Keep 100% of your tips Weekly pay Benefits One week of paid vacation after one year of full-time employment Workers' Compensation coverage Unemployment insurance Employer-paid payroll taxes Flexible schedule (typically 4-5 days per week) Paid training and ongoing mentorship Opportunity for continued growth and increased earnings as the business expands Who I'm Looking For Whether you're an experienced barber or newly licensed, I'd love to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but not required. I'm happy to mentor and train the right person who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
