What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed cosmetologist in Colorado Is passionate about hair and making clients feel confident Provides excellent customer service and creates a welcoming experience Is professional, dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Takes pride in their work and appearance Is comfortable recommending products and services based on each client's needs Is committed to continued education and staying current with hair trends and techniques Can confidently perform a variety of color and cutting services Is willing to participate in salon events, education, and team initiatives Wants to build a successful, long-term career rather than simply rent a chair Responsibilities Provide professional hair services including cuts, color, highlights, balayage, styling, and other services within your skill set Consult with guests to understand their goals and recommend appropriate services Create an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station Follow salon sanitation and cleanliness standards Maintain accurate service and client information Rebook guests and build strong client relationships Recommend professional retail products when appropriate Participate in team meetings, education, salon events, and promotional activities Support the overall salon environment by helping with front desk, towels, shampoo area, and common-area cleanliness Communicate professionally with clients and fellow team members Follow salon policies, procedures, and scheduling expectations

Experience Required:

Current Colorado cosmetology license Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional attitude and reliable attendance

Preferred:
