Job Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a part time or full time barber. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your expertise in various beauty techniques and strong customer service skills will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience. Duties Provide a range of barber services. You create your booking menu based on the services you want to provide. Utilize salon software such as Square for appointment scheduling and client management. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate hair colors. This is only for those who choose to provide color services. Perform straight razor shaving and body waxing with precision and care. Only If you are licensed to do so and choose to do so. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and upsell products or services. We carry EVO Hair care and Jack Black Skincare. Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling retail sales transactions. Skills Proficient in hair cut techniques and styling methods. Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly Square. Strong understanding of color theory relevant to hair coloring services.(If Provided) Skilled in straight razor techniques and body waxing methods. Experience in store management and customer service excellence. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of retail sales strategies and upselling techniques. Ability to maintain sanitation standards within the salon environment. Background in cosmetology or barbering with relevant certifications preferred. Experience in mentoring others within the industry is a plus.
