Fringe hair studio is looking For a part time or full time independent contractor hair stylist, cosmetologis, or barber. Worried you dont have enough clientele to pay rent? Responsibilities Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, extensions, and texturizing treatments to meet each client's unique needs. Utilize salon software such as vagaro pro to schedule appointments. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations, including sterilizing tools. Provide expert advice on hair care products, retail sales, and upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks while offering professional recommendations based on color theory and current trends. a positive team environment . Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their vision clearly. Experience with sanitation protocols for tools Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing excellent customer service.
