Personable, talented Hair Stylist to join our spa team. Excellent opportunity for a stylist who enjoys creating beautiful blowouts and personalized guest experiences. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESQUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a current CT Cosmetology License. Perform professional shampoo, conditioning, and blow-dry services. Deliver exceptional guest service. Maintain a clean, attractive, and sanitary salon workstation. Work in collaboration with the spa reception desk team when not performing salon services. QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent. CT Cosmetology License

LANGUAGE SKILL

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals; must be able to communicate effectively with guests and fellow associates. Must have good communication skills and be able to communicate and write English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic math skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to stand up to 7 hours, be able to push, pull, tug, and lift up to 40 lbs. Physical dexterity.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Small, charming, 2-chair salon.

AVAILABILITY

The employee must be able to work a diversified schedule that may include last-minute scheduling. Shift hours will differ in length of time.
