About the New Talent Program Our New Talent program is designed to provide the foundation, support and real-world experience needed to thrive in the beauty and wellness industry. We train you from cosmetology school graduation to a fully reserved stylist.- 30-week New Talent blow dry and cutting academy

- 3 block color certification path.
- Next new talent education cycle begins in August.
Do:
- Refine your skills through the Adam Broderick New Talent Program to unlock client services you can perform
- Assist stylists with daily tasks and client services
- Greet clients and ensure they have a positive and Luxurious salon experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
- Help with product inventory, stocking, and general salon upkeep
- Observe and learn advanced beauty techniques, styling, and customer service
What We Are Looking For:
- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry
- A team player with a positive and motivated mindset for career growth
- Currently enrolled in cosmetology School, recently graduated, or a Licensed professional.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends What You will
