As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through exceptional hair care services. Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, color, and chemical wave treatments tailored to individual client needs. Perform barbering services as needed, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Provide manicure and pedicure services to enhance clients' overall appearance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and beauty techniques to offer clients the best options. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized consultations. Requirements Valid Delaware Cosmetology license or equivalent certification required. Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, and nail care preferred. Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hair treatments. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
