We are a modern, stylish blow dry bar in business for 15+ years, dedicated to giving clients confidence through flawless blowouts and exceptional service. Our team is passionate about beauty, hair care, and creating an upbeat salon experience that keeps clients coming back. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our team. As part of our blow dry bar, you'll specialize in providing high-quality blowouts, styling, and customer service in a fun, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform professional blowouts, styling, and finishing services Consult with clients to recommend styles based on preferences and events Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized station and salon environment Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat clients Stay up-to-date with the latest styling trends and techniques ⸻ Qualifications Valid Florida Cosmetology License (required) Strong blow dry and styling skills (braids, curls, sleek looks, etc.) Outgoing, professional, and client-focused attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Flexible availability, including evenings Compensation (Compensation will be based on experience and availability.)
