Manage daily store operations such as scheduling appointments using salon software like MINDBODY, maintaining sanitation standards, and overseeing front desk duties. Mentor and train team members in hair care techniques, sanitation practices, retail sales strategies, and client communication to foster skill development and team cohesion. Drive retail sales through upselling products like hair care items, makeup applications, eyelash extensions, nail care products, and retail math principles. Ensure all services adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures for tools and workspaces. Support store management tasks such as inventory control, staff scheduling, and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new clients. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in barbering and hairstyling. Familiarity with salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment booking and client management.
