In this role, you will deliver exceptional grooming and styling services, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. Your expertise in barbering techniques, hair coloring, and styling will be essential in creating personalized looks that meet our clients' unique preferences. As a licensed professional, you will also contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety. Duties Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and hair styling using professional techniques such as straight razors. Provide expert advice on hair coloring, hair care routines, and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations, including proper sanitation of tools like straight razors and scissors. Assist clients with retail product upselling, including hair care products. Managing duties such as greeting clients, answering inquiries, and scheduling follow-ups to ensure smooth barber operations. Mentor junior staff members by sharing techniques in hair styling, coloring, and sanitation practices to foster team growth. Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license with current certification required. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on barbering or men's grooming services. Strong knowledge of color theory, hair coloring techniques, and the latest trends in men's grooming styles. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide personalized consultations.
