What We're Looking For:

Active Florida barber license (required) Minimum 1-2 years of barbering experience An existing, transferable client base Strong skills in men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and hot towel shaves Reliable, professional, and punctual Great communication skills and a passion for client relationships Clean, organized, and takes pride in their station

Compensation:

Commission-based structure with a low shop percentage, meaning more of your money stays in your pocket. Exact split discussed during interview based on experience and clientele size. Walk-ins/shop-generated clients may be split differently than your personal clientele.
