  • Linton Boulevard 430 East Linton Boulevard, Delray Beach, Florida 33483 We are looking for an experienced and dependable barber or cosmetologist to join our growing team.
Our shop is located in the Trader Joe's plaza on Linton Boulevard and has a steady flow of appointments and walk-in clients. This is a full-time, five-day position, and Sundays are required. We need someone reliable who communicates clearly and is committed to building a long-term clientele. What We Offer Steady appointments and walk-in opportunities 50 percent starting commission with opportunity for growth Strong tip potential Professional, upscale working environment Online booking and shop marketing support Opportunity to build a loyal clientele Clientele is welcome but not required Requirements Active Florida barber or cosmetology license Minimum two years of professional experience Strong skills in men's haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims and classic styles Dependable and punctual Available to work Sundays Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to maintain a clean and professional workstation Schedule Full-time Five days per week Sundays required In-person position Compensation Commission-based pay starting at 50 percent Tips paid directly to the barber Earnings depend on services performed, client retention and productivity If you are dependable, skilled and ready to grow with a busy men's grooming shop, we would like to hear from you.
