Job Description
Join the team at Riot Hair Lounge as an Independent Booth Rental Hairstylist . This is a chair rental opportunity, not an employee position. Stylists are responsible for bringing and maintaining their own clientele. Riot Hair Lounge does not provide walk-in clients, guaranteed appointments, hourly pay, commission, or benefits. You'll enjoy the freedom of running your own business in a modern, supportive salon environment while setting your own schedule, pricing your own services, and growing your brand alongside other talented professionals. Responsibilities Bring and maintain your own clientele. Pay weekly booth rental as agreed. Perform professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, extensions, and other licensed services. Manage your own appointments, client records, and payments. Maintain a clean, professional workstation and follow all Florida sanitation regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive salon experience. Work collaboratively with fellow salon professionals to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Active Florida Cosmetology License. Established clientele preferred (or currently building a book of business). Reliable, professional, and self-motivated. Able to operate independently as your own business. Experience with Vagaro is a plus.
