Senior Stylist Compensation:
$800-$1,500+ per week Responsibilities Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, and customized hair care recommendations. Deliver every service with professionalism, attention to detail, and a luxury guest experience. Perform thorough consultations and recommend the best services, treatments, and retail products. Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding customer service. Maintain accurate client records and service notes. Support and mentor junior stylists when appropriate. Help maintain salon standards and contribute to a positive team environment. Continue developing your skills through ongoing education. $600-$1,000+ per week Responsibilities Assist senior stylists while building your technical skills. Perform blowouts, styling, color applications, treatments, and other services based on your experience and training. Learn Hair Bar NYC's signature keratin treatments, exclusive product line, and service protocols. Perform thorough consultations with support from senior team members when needed. Recommend retail products and service upgrades that support each client's results. Maintain accurate client records and service notes. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment. Participate in ongoing education and in-house training. Help with front desk duties if needed.
