$18/hour + commission + tips (additional pay for specialized services)

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced esthetic treatments including Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Nano-needling, Facials and advanced skincare treatments Educate clients on products and treatments while providing personalized recommendations Upsell and cross-sell spa services and products Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat visits • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe treatment environment (Preferred) Perform body treatments and massages if licensed/trained

Qualifications:

Licensed Esthetician in Florida (required) 2+ years of professional esthetic experience (preferred) Strong skills in microneedling, chemical peels, and nano-needling • Sales and upselling experience in a spa/medical spa environment • Excellent customer service and communication skills Bilingual (English + Spanish preferred) Flexible availability (including some weekdays and weekends) Additional skills in massage therapy or other treatments a plus
