The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cosmetology and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair services to our diverse clientele. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and styling services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, and styling techniques. Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend and apply appropriate hair color products. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques to offer innovative services. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or certification from an accredited institution. Strong understanding of retail math to manage product sales effectively. Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including the use of straight razors ( is a plus). Experience in makeup application is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in a salon or beauty environment is preferred but not required.
