Responsibilities Assist stylists with various tasks, including preparing clients for services and ensuring they have a comfortable experience. Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling retail sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring all tools and stations are sanitized and ready for use. Support in upselling products and services to clients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction. Provide assistance with blowdry, toning, mixing color hair styling as needed. Help with inventory management and store management tasks as required. Experience You must have your cosmetology license or getting your license. Familiarity with front desk operations, retail sales, or customer service roles is advantageous. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere are essential.
