Job Qualifications:

Proficiency in performing haircuts, hair styling, beard grooming, waxing, camo services. Additional experience with manicures and pedicures for guys is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills, while also demonstrating excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills. Artists must be licensed and able to comply with all regulations per state guidelines. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a white glove guest experience, enjoys building relationships, is goal-oriented, and takes pride in providing exceptional service. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional haircuts, beard trims, straight razor neck cleanups, and grooming services that keep members coming back. Build lasting relationships with a loyal membership base by providing a luxury, personalized experience during every visit. Educate guests on premium grooming services, memberships, and professional retail products that enhance their grooming routine. Recommend future appointments and encourage rebooking to help grow your clientele and maximize your earnings.
