Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment. Handle client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments. Keep track of client preferences and service history for personalized care. Requirements Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with an existing clientele. Valid state licensing or certification as required by local regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Willingness to grow your career within our salon setting. Please note that this position involves paying a weekly chair rental fee, which includes backbar supplies, providing you with the necessary tools to perform your services effectively.
