Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and (hair extensions not required ) with precision and creativity. Perform specialized treatments ( not required) such as eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction. Utilize salon software Daysmart for clien appointments. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice on hair care products, and upselling retail items effectively. Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client communication professionally. Skills Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques. Knowledge of hair care products, color theory and advanced styling methods including straight razor barbering. Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and personalized service delivery. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Experience including retail sales, retail math proficiency, upselling techniques, and front desk operations.
