Front Desk & Support Barber - Mancave for Men, Palm Beach Gardens Are you friendly, professional, and passionate about the men's grooming industry? Mancave for Men in Palm Beach Gardens is looking for a motivated team member to join our front desk team with the ability to assist with haircuts when our barbers are fully booked or when additional support is needed.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage appointments, phone calls, check-ins, and front desk operations. Provide excellent customer service and help create a great client experience. Assist the barbers and team with daily salon operations. Perform quality haircuts, fades, beard grooming, or other barbering services when the shop is busy or additional barber support is needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment. Support the team during busy hours and ensure clients are taken care of efficiently.Requirements:
Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus. Barber experience and a valid barber license are strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, reliable, and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for customer service and men's grooming.
