Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight-razor shaves. Perform hair coloring, gray blending, and other grooming services as requested. Deliver facial waxing and basic skincare services, when licensed. Consult with clients to recommend styles and grooming solutions based on their preferences and lifestyle. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in accordance with state regulations. Build and retain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service. Recommend and sell professional grooming products to meet clients' needs. Stay current on the latest haircutting techniques, trends, and products through ongoing education. Work collaboratively with the reception team and fellow barbers to ensure a smooth client experience. Follow all company policies, sanitation standards, and safety procedures. Qualifications Current Florida Barber or Cosmetology License in good standing. Previous barbering or hairstyling experience preferred. Strong clipper, shear, fading, and beard grooming skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Experience using the Squire booking system. Knowledge of men's hair coloring and grooming services. Experience in retail sales and recommending grooming products.
