As a key team member, you'll deliver tailored grooming services that meet the high standards of our clientele while fostering lasting relationships built on trust and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide traditional barbering services including haircuts, fades, hot towel shaves with straight razors, beard and mustache trims, scalp massage, men's hair coloring and grooming consultations tailored to each client's style preferences. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all sanitation protocols and safety standards. Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their grooming needs and offer personalized recommendations. Engage in commissioned Retail sales of hair care products and grooming accessories , where applicable. Support front desk operations by managing client check-ins/outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of appointments. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Proficiency in traditional barbering techniques including haircuts, fades, hot towel shaves with straight razors, beard and mustache trims, scalp massage, traditional and classic hair styling, men's coloring, and camouflaging hair color techniques. Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and relationship building. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations.
