Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our clients. The position is based on 50% commission on services and 10% on products. A hire bonus of $1,000 will be paid after successful completion of 1 year. Stylists must have existing clientele to join our team. Responsibilities Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, colors, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in hair styling and techniques. Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience. Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment, including front desk operations. Skills Strong background in cosmetology with relevant certifications. Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Ability to effectively upsell products and services based on client needs.
