Hair Obsessions is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Hair Stylist to join our team in Port Richey, FL. We offer a guaranteed hourly wage of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and floor capability) plus tips. We are looking for team players who value income stability, consistent shift scheduling, and a professional floor environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate:

$16.00 - $20.00 / hour (Base rate + Tips ).

Reliability Bonus:

$250 bonus awarded after 90 days of meeting shift attendance standards.

Full-time (Set shift hours required).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality haircutting, styling, coloring, and chemical services to scheduled clients and walk-in guests.

Floor Presence:

Maintain full presence on the floor during your entire scheduled shift to greet guests, handle phone bookings, and accommodate walk-in demand. Perform station sanitation, tool sterilization, and general floor upkeep during downtime. Build strong client relationships through thorough consultations and great service.

Job Requirements:

Active Florida Cosmetology License (Required). Proven track record of punctuality and attendance. Willingness to work structured, scheduled shifts rather than appointment-only hours. Proficient in modern coloring techniques, precision cutting, and client care.

Shift Expectation Note:

Please note: This is an hourly, shift-based position. Stylists are expected to be present on the floor for the duration of their scheduled shift to handle walk-ins, maintain salon readiness, and support team operations.
