As a licensed professional, you'll combine technical skill with outstanding customer service, ensuring every client leaves feeling refreshed and valued. Responsibilities Provide expert barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations using professional techniques such as straight razors and scissors. Perform hair coloring, hair styling, and hair extension applications with precision and attention to detail. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations and store policies. Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, offering styling advice, and upselling additional services or retail products. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment. Stay current with industry trends in hair care, color theory, makeup application, and grooming techniques to continually enhance your skills.
