What We're Looking For An experienced stylist who: Can do precision cutting , foils , balayage , clipper cuts Is open to learning organic hair color and henna Has a strong eye for detail and technical skill Works well with others and enjoys a team-oriented , happy work environment Has an outgoing, friendly personality Can commit to at least 24hours/week (preferred 32+)

Compensation & Perks Commission-Based Pay :

45-49% sliding scale on service sales

Retail Commission :

10-20% sliding scale

Education Support :
