Duties Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs to recommend suitable styles and treatments Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, hair extensions, and makeup application with precision and care Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, coloring techniques, and product innovations to provide fresh ideas and expert advice Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse hair styles and color work Expertise in hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, lowlights, and corrective color Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards within the salon environment Ability to operate professional tools such as straight razors safely for barbering or detailed styling work Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating positive client experiences Capable of mentoring team members on advanced styling techniques and product knowledge Familiarity with store management practices to contribute to overall salon operations Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry makes a difference!
