Please read the requirements carefully before applying. We are NOT looking for someone who is just learning how to braid . You must already be confident and experienced with braiding. We do not currently have the availability to train someone from the beginning. Compensation Options We offer two options: 50/50 Commission Split Work on commission with a 50/50 split. Access to the salon's existing clientele and the opportunity to build your own clientele. Booth Rental - $150/Week Rent your own booth for $150 per week. Keep your service income. Still have access to the salon's existing clientele and the opportunity to build your own client base. This is an opportunity for an experienced braider who is ready to work, grow, and build a long-term relationship with the salon. If you are confident in your braiding skills, can work weekdays and weekends , are comfortable working with both adults and children, and are ready to get started, we would love to hear from you. If you are still learning how to braid, cannot work weekends, or do not braid children's hair, please do not apply.

What We Need:

Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends. If you are unable to work weekends, please do not apply. Must be experienced with current and popular braiding styles . Must be able to do stitch braids and other detailed braid styles. Must be experienced with braiding with extensions . Must be comfortable doing children's hairstyles . We have a steady clientele of children who come in specifically to have their hair braided. Our young clients are well-behaved and are comfortable sitting for their appointments. Must be able to work independently and complete hairstyles professionally without needing to be taught basic braiding techniques. Must be dependable and committed to building a long-term clientele. We are looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the salon, not someone who plans to come and go after a short period of time. Professionalism, good customer service, cleanliness, and reliability are required.
