Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- Stay up-to-date with current hairstyles and trends
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Handle cash transactions and retail sales of hair care products
- Utilize communication skills to build rapport with clients and create a comfortable atmosphere
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of color theory and ability to perform color treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Proficiency in makeup application techniques
- Experience in retail sales of hair care products
- Expertise in using a straight razor for precise shaving and beard trimming
- Familiarity with hair extensions and the ability to apply them effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look
- Knowledge of cosmetology principles and practices
- Upselling skills to recommend additional services or products to clients
