Responsibilities Perform pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, hair trimming, styling, and nail trimming to meet each pet's specific needs Handle animals with care and confidence, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process Use animal restraint techniques effectively to manage pets during grooming procedures Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and aftercare instructions Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, adhering to sanitation standards at all times Assist with pet handling tasks such as dog training, animal care routines, and basic veterinary support when needed Support team members by providing excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for clients and their pets Skills Strong dog handling skills with experience in pet coat styling and pet grooming techniques Knowledge of animal handling, restraint methods, and pet care best practices Experience in veterinary settings such as veterinary technician or assistant roles is highly desirable Familiarity with veterinary procedures including pet nail trimming and basic animal health assessments Ability to communicate effectively with pet owners to ensure satisfaction and understanding of grooming services Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for bathing or moving large animals Excellent customer service skills combined with a positive attitude and energetic approach to work Join us in creating happy pets and satisfied owners!
