Responsibilities Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, trims, coloring, styling, and hair extensions with precision and artistry Use salon software such as VAGARO to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide professional recommendations, and ensure satisfaction Apply advanced techniques such as straight razor shaves, makeup application, and color theory to enhance client results Upsell salon products and additional services to maximize client benefits while supporting store management goals Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair care, barbering techniques, and customer service best practices Requirements Esthablishied clientele Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry Proficiency in salon software systems like VAGARO for appointment booking and client management Skilled in hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and barbering including straight razor shaves Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients through client communication and personalized service Experience in store management or team mentoring is a plus but not required Knowledge of hair care products, color theory, makeup application, and upselling techniques Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms lives one hairstyle at a time!
