Responsibilities Provide professional barbering services including fades, tapers, beard trims, line ups, and straight razor shaves Perform men's haircuts, grooming services, and styling tailored to each client's preferences Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation following all state and barbershop regulations Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals Recommend hair care and grooming products to clients when appropriate Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, professional culture within the shop Requirements Valid Florida Barber or Cosmetology License Experience performing men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced barbershop environment while maintaining attention to detail Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace Passion for barbering, learning new trends, and growing your clientele Why Join Ike's Barbershop?
