Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists and technicians with various salon services, including shampooing and conditionng hair and various customer related services related to hair and nails.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting and upselling salon products.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a salon assistant is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn new techniques and trends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Front desk experience is a plus.
