Job Description

About The Monarch The Monarch is a luxury men's grooming lounge and private membership club opening this fall in the heart of Downtown Winter Garden. We're not building another cookie-cutter franchise — we're building a culture and a family.
Our philosophy is simple:
take care of your team, and they'll take care of the people. This is a business with heart and soul, where real craft and real relationships come first. Our owner brings real leadership experience to this culture. He owned and operated his own barbershop in New York for seven years before selling it and relocating to Central Florida. He then worked with a national franchise, helping hire and train staff while personally providing services and helping open four locations across Central Florida and one in Miami. That experience is exactly why our approach at The Monarch is different. We're Hiring We're building our opening team and looking for: Barber / Artist — Haircuts, straight-razor shaves and beard work Nail Tech / Artist — Manicures, pedicures and nail care Concierge / Front Desk — Member experience, scheduling and hospitality Our Team, Our Body We think of our team like a body. Management and concierge are the heart. Barbers are the legs. Stylists and nail techs are the arms. Every part matters, and every part is expected to support the others — because if one part is hurting, it shows in the whole body. That means everyone pitches in on towels, sweeping and cleanup, regardless of title. We're looking for team players, not lone wolves. As an owner, this is how I lead: I give respect before I ask for it. What you see is what you get. I'm an open book, but I don't play games. You'll start with my full trust from day one, no exceptions. It's yours to keep. What You'll Do Deliver premium, detail-driven service in your craft — whether that's cuts and shaves, nail care or front-of-house hospitality Build lasting relationships with members within a private membership model Pitch in on shared team duties, including towels, sweeping and keeping the space guest-ready Represent The Monarch's standard of quiet luxury every time What We're Looking For Barbers & Nail Techs Minimum 2-3 consistent years working in the industry Barbers must be skilled in straight-razor shaves and a range of haircut styles Active Florida license required Concierge Prior front-desk, hospitality or customer-service experience preferred Comfortable learning booking and POS software All Roles Strong attention to detail Punctual and reliable Genuine love for people and what you do Professional attitude True team-player mentality
