Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair services including: haircuts and styling, color services, Highlights and Balayage, Blowouts and special occasion styling, Treatment and smoothing services. Build and maintain strong client relationships Recommend retail products and at-home hair care routines Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station Assist in promoting the salon through social media and client referrals Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive atmosphere Experience Proven cosmetology or barbering license Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and provide personalized consultations
