Job Overview We are seeking a talented, motivated, and professional commission based Hairstylist to join our growing team in Winter Garden. The Ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, Stays current with trends, provides exceptional customer service, and thrives in a team-oriented salon environment. If you are a seasoned veteran of the hair industry or are new to the ranks...we will help you be successful! Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair services including: haircuts and styling, color services, Highlights and Balayage, Blowouts and special occasion styling, Treatment and smoothing services. Build and maintain strong client relationships Recommend retail products and at-home hair care routines Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station Assist in promoting the salon through social media and client referrals Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive atmosphere Experience Proven cosmetology or barbering license Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and provide personalized consultations
