Job Description
Atomic Barber Co is an established, high-volume barbershop in Winter Park built around professionalism, consistency, and long-term client relationships. Named Best Local Barbershop in Orlando Weekly's Best of Orlando 2026. We're not a booth rental and we're not a free-for-all. We run a structured, professional shop with strong systems, consistent demand, and high standards. We invest heavily in marketing so our barbers can focus on what matters: delivering exceptional work, building relationships, retaining clients, and developing a strong book. This is not a "build from zero" situation. The right barber will walk into an established shop that's already busy and still growing.
