As a Barber, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for clients while delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services tailored to their individual needs. Duties Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and attention to detail. Provide hair styling services that enhance the client's appearance and meet their preferences. Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment. Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Upsell additional services such as hair coloring, makeup application, or nail care when appropriate. Stay updated on current trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques to provide clients with the latest styles. Skills Proficient in various hair cutting techniques and styles. Knowledge of color theory for effective hair coloring applications. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
