This is more than a traditional salon position. Our stylists have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create confidence, and make a difference in the lives of older adults through beauty, hospitality, and personal connection. As a member of the DTMH team, you'll receive specialized training in Senior Beauty Care™ and learn our approach to delivering an elevated, hospitality-focused salon experience for older adults. What You'll Do Provide professional hair and beauty services to residents within senior living communities Deliver warm, patient, personalized service to older adults Build lasting relationships with residents and their families Maintain a clean, polished, professional salon environment Manage scheduled appointments and standing client appointments Recommend appropriate services and beauty-care routines based on individual client needs Participate in DTMH training and professional development Represent the DTMH standard of professionalism, hospitality, and care What We're Looking For Licensed Georgia cosmetology beauty professionals 5 year or more of Professional salon experience Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing consistent service Excellent communication and customer-service skills A polished and professional presence Patience, compassion, and a genuine ability to connect with older adults Ability to work independently while being part of a larger team Interest in developing specialized expertise in the growing field of Senior Beauty Care™ Experience working with older adults or in senior living is a plus, but not required .
