Full Job Description The Qualifications:

Valid State Cosmetology License required Salon experience preferred, but not required Exceptional client service skills Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Desire to work in a fast-paced salon environment Ability to work well with a diverse staff at all times

The Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient, consistent, stylish blowouts & salon services Consult with each client based on the client's journey and selected services Build a client base through exceptional client service, attention, and care within the salon Provide & suggest the proper products and treatments for clients based on hair length, type, and texture Assist salon management in maintaining the salon and your own individual station
