Located in a booming location with lots of walk-ins daily that become lifelong clients. Under new ownership with ample support such as advertising, marketing and elevating the salon in coming months with a fresh new look!! Your mastery of various beauty techniques combined with your friendly demeanor will create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back. Responsibilities Deliver expert hair styling, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and needs Perform advanced techniques Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations Utilize salon software systems for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking Educate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their experience Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, check-in/check-out procedures, and appointment confirmations Assist in salon duties to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Valid state cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair theory and current trends Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and advanced techniques.
