Responsibilities Perform a variety of beauty services including haircuts, styling, some fantasy only coloring, and makeup application. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently. Ear Piercings Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored recommendations. Engage in sales activities by upselling products and services to enhance the overall client experience. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience in makeup application, hair styling, and other beauty services. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism. Sales experience is a plus but not required particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
