Job Description

BRUNO'S BARBERSHOP EVANS, GEORGIA
    THE EXCELLENCE RULE
    Now Renting Chairs
    • Licensed Barbers A Chair at Bruno's - You Pay for Your Chair (You keep 100% of What You Earn) Evans, GA
    • Booth Rental
    • Full-Time & Part-Time Chairs Bruno's Barbershop isn't a cut-and-go.
We're building the best barbershop in the CSRA — a calm, classic, five-star room where a haircut feels like an experience, not an errand. The coffee's on, the atmosphere is unhurried, and every client should leave saying they won't forget the place. Everything here runs on one standard: the Excellence Rule. Precision, consistency, clean execution — no shortcuts, no "good enough." It shapes how we cut, how we treat clients, and how we treat each other. We're looking for a licensed barber who already works that way and wants a chair where that standard is the whole point. You'll rent your chair and run your book like it's your own business — because it is. You keep 100% of your services and your tips, pay a flat weekly rental, and build your clientele in a shop that holds the standard. What Your Day Looks Like Deliver excellent cuts, fades, razor work, and beard services to a men's and women's clientele. Give every client a five-star experience from the moment they sit down — unhurried, attentive, professional. Recommend and sell the grooming products you believe in, and teach clients how to use them at home. Keep the shop show-ready. When you're not in a cut, you're doing something useful — towels, restocking, straightening product, keeping your station and the floor sharp. Open or close the shop when your chair's schedule touches it — turning the room on in the morning, or closing it down at night. Be out front and visible. You're the first impression clients get. The Barber We're Looking For Licensed and genuinely skilled — modern fades, razor work, beards, classic cuts. Hospitality-minded. You treat clients like guests, not transactions. Self-motivated. You see what needs doing and do it without being asked. Reliable, on time, consistent. People can count on you to show up. Professional and even-keeled — with clients and with coworkers. Comfortable in a formal, phone-free, focused room. This isn't a loud, TV-and-cell-phone shop. What You'll Need An active Georgia barber or cosmetology license in good standing.
    Your own core tools:
clippers, guards, combs, and shears. (We supply capes, neck strips and towels, razors, blades, and shave supplies.) A schedule commitment you'll honor. Full-time and part-time chair options are available, including Saturdays and extended evening hours. If your schedule opens the shop, you arrive by 8:30 a.m. Reliable transportation and your own way to and from the shop. Pay & How You Earn Weekly chair rental: full-time [$225/ week]
    • part-time [$150/ week].
Your rate and schedule are finalized with the owner before you sign.
    Your earnings:
you keep 100% of your services and 100% of your tips.
    Product commission:
you earn commission on the retail products you sell.
    Flexible chairs:
full-time, part-time, and extended evening hours — serving clients no other shop in the area can. Booth rental is deliberate. You get autonomy and full earnings on your work; the shop gets barbers who are invested in it. Rental terms are set out in the Booth Rental Terms agreement.
    The House Style Dress:
clean, all-black, professional — no loud logos, big prints, or flashy colors. You'll look the part of a classic shop.
    Phones:
no cell phones on the floor. Phones stay in the back. The room stays present and unplugged. The client comes first, always: we don't argue with clients or make them feel wrong.
    Clean is non-negotiable:
tools disinfected between every client, station and shop kept spotless. How to Apply Applications and first-round screening are handled by our hiring partner, Richardson Professional Services (RPS). Apply through the Indeed posting and include your license details, years of experience, your specialties, and a link to photos of your work if you have them. Strong candidates complete a short screen with RPS, then a live cutting test with owner Jonathan Garza. We move quickly for the right person. Bruno's Barbershop
