Duties Perform a variety of hair services including hair styling, coloring based on color theory principles, and hair extensions application. Provide expert grooming services such as straight razor shaves and barbering techniques to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, managing appointments, and upselling retail products to boost sales. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, retail math, retail sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members effectively. Strong understanding of sanitation standards within salon environments to ensure safety compliance. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and store management is highly desirable.
