Job Description
You cut hair. We handle the rest. You never have to build a book, buy ads, chase clients, or wonder if anyone's walking through the door tomorrow. We bring the customers. You bring the skills. We're a locally owned Great Clips® franchise, and we're hiring licensed stylists and barbers — experienced pros, recent grads, and anyone who wants a real income without the grind of building a clientele from scratch. What you'll earn: A guaranteed competitive base wage — you get paid it whether the salon is packed or slow. Your paycheck isn't a gamble on foot traffic. Our successful stylists earn $20-$50 per hour in total effective wage — base wage plus productivity, product commissions, and tips. Up to 20% commission on product sales. Additional incentives and bonuses throughout the year. Holiday pay.
