for scheduling appointments, client management, and retail sales tracking. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety. Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable styles, treatments, and retail products while upselling effectively to meet client needs. Mentor junior staff members in technical skills, customer service techniques, retail strategies, and salon operations including store management aspects. Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, booking appointments, processing payments, and handling inquiries professionally. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike. Stay current on beauty trends, new techniques in hair styling, barbering, makeup artistry, and nail care to continuously elevate service quality. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation protocols.
