This opportunity is designed for professionals looking for consistent part-time hours, additional income, and access to an established clientele without the expense of booth rental or the commitment of a full-time schedule. Part-time team members are scheduled primarily during high-demand afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours , providing an opportunity to maximize productivity within a 20+ hour workweek. Compensation is commission-based plus tips , with earning potential increasing as you build repeat clientele and complete training in V's signature grooming services. Responsibilities Provide professional haircuts and grooming services Consult with clients regarding hairstyles and grooming needs Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience Build relationships that encourage repeat clientele Recommend appropriate grooming products and additional services Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Follow Georgia State Board sanitation requirements and V's service standards Participate in training for V's signature services, including hot-lather and straight-razor shaves Maintain reliable attendance and scheduled availability Contribute to a professional, team-oriented shop environment Qualifications Current Georgia Barber or Cosmetology license Haircutting experience Strong customer-service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn V's service standards and additional grooming services Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Saturday availability required Schedule 20+ hours per week 3-4 weekdays, approximately 3:00 PM-7:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM-6:00

PM Sunday:
