The ideal candidate is passionate about grooming, hair care, and creating an exceptional guest experience. Our Barbers and Stylists are responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, styling, grooming, and related salon services while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and clean environment. Responsibilities Provide professional haircuts, trims, fades, styling, and grooming services based on each client's preferences. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles and services. Perform services safely, efficiently, and according to salon standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. Stay current on current haircut, styling, grooming, and beauty trends. Recommend appropriate hair-care and grooming products when applicable. Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. Follow all applicable sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements. Assist with maintaining a positive, team-oriented salon environment. Help create an upscale, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest. Qualifications Current barber or cosmetology license, as required by state regulations. Previous barbering or salon experience preferred. Strong haircutting and styling skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
