• Provide exceptional haircuts and grooming services to our clients
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering outstanding customer service
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques through our continuing education programs

• Promote Knockouts' signature experience and hero products
• Take part in our stylist growth program, with opportunities to advance to leadership roles
• Efficiently calculate service totals and record client notes using our Point of Sale (POS) system.

Requirements:

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber license
• Proven experience as a hairstylist
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for men's grooming and staying current with industry trends
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
