With over 14 years of experience and a dream of franchising, we have proudly opened our second location in Stone Mountain, GA , and are seeking a dream team of five (5) highly skilled, independent professionals to help us define the standard for natural hair care in the Metro Atlanta area.

What We're Looking For:
Expertise:
Demonstrated mastery in natural hair styling techniques, including locs (maintenance/interlocking), braids, twists, and related styles.
Well-Rounded Talent:
Proficiency in hair coloring/color theory, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly valued.
Experience & Licensing:
While a Georgia cosmetology license is not legally required for these specific natural hair services, we prioritize licensed cosmetologists with at least 2 years of professional experience .
Professionalism:
Knowledge of high-level sanitation standards and strong communication skills.
Operations & Tech-Savvy:
You must be proficient with booking platforms like Mindbody (or similar) and comfortable with store management tasks, including front desk duties and retail sales operations.
Growth-Mindset:
We are looking for teammates who are active on social media and understand how to navigate and engage online to help grow the business.
